Job Description

Frigo Mekanik is seeking an After-Sales Service Engineer to manage and coordinate the after-sales operations of turnkey projects, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to the After-Sales Services Department Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational coordination of technical service, maintenance, and spare parts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the timely and effective handling of customer requests, service activities, and maintenance operations.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the activities of technical service, maintenance, and field teams.
  3. Manage spare parts sales processes and coordinate with the relevant teams.
  4. Prepare and follow up on quotations for preventive maintenance, service, and other after-sales activities.
  5. Ensure effective coordination between field and office-based teams.
  6. Monitor the after-sales operations of turnkey projects and manage the necessary operational processes.
  7. Develop and manage processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
  8. Manage workload distribution, task follow-up, and operational planning within the department.
  9. Oversee departmental reporting, tracking, and other administrative and operational activities.
  10. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other company departments as required.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  3. Experience in after-sales services, technical service, maintenance, project management, or the HVAC&R/refrigeration industry.
  4. Experience in team management and operational coordination.
  5. Knowledge of spare parts, maintenance, and technical service quotation processes.
  6. Ability to effectively manage field team organization and task follow-up.
  7. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both customer and team relationships.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  10. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  11. No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
  12. Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
  13. Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach, and strong sense of responsibility.
  14. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, planning, and executing industrial cooling and HVAC projects,
  • Managing projects according to project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality requirements,
  • Supervising site and field operations, and coordinating installation processes,
  • Inspecting and overseeing mechanical installation applications,
  • Preparing, revising, and reporting project documentation,
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the timely completion of projects,
  • Managing inventory, materials, and processes using MRP and ERP systems,
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and adherence to workplace safety regulations,
  • Conducting site visits and travels to monitor project progress,
  • Developing technical solutions tailored to client requirements and conducting process improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred),
  • 5-10 years of experience in industrial cooling systems and HVAC projects,
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, preferably holding a PMP/PMI certification or training,
  • Experienced in site engineering and field operations,
  • Knowledgeable in mechanical installation applications and industry standards,
  • Skilled in using Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks,
  • Familiarity with MRP and ERP systems (preferred),
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken,
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is actively driving,
  • Flexible with travel and fieldwork requirements,

Responsibilities

  • Performing the installation and commissioning of industrial cooling systems,
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics,
  • Diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs on electrical panels,
  • Carrying out on-site assembly and electrical installations,
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure projects are completed on time,
  • Adhering to workplace safety regulations at all times.


Qualifications Required

  • Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational College in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics,
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams,
  • Experienced in installation and commissioning processes,
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues in electrical panels,
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and actively drives,
  • Willing and able to travel,
  • Strong communication skills and a team player,
  • Military service completed (for male candidates),
  • Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul, especially in Sefaköy, Küçükçekmece, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, or Bahçeşehir areas.


Job Description:

  • Will create 2D and 3D technical drawings for new product design or existing product development projects,
  • Will prepare mechanical installation technical drawings for the site in 2D and 3D as needed,
  • Will be able to create material lists required for the manufacturing of designed products,
  • Will check the compliance of manufactured products with technical drawings,
  • Will organize and keep the technical archive, and distribute necessary documents,
  • Will make necessary updates to technical drawings and update the technical archive.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduated from relevant technical departments of universities,
  • At least 3 years of work experience,
  • Preferably experienced in the mechanical installation sector, familiar with materials and equipment used in the mechanical installation field,
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Autodesk Inventor,
  • Experienced in machine design, with good skills in creating and reading technical drawings,
  • Possesses field and workshop experience,
  • Has an analytical thinking structure, highly motivated,
  • Open to innovation, dynamic, responsible, and initiative-taking, adaptable to teamwork,
  • We are looking for male candidates who have completed military service.
