Job Description
Frigo Mekanik is seeking an After-Sales Service Engineer to manage and coordinate the after-sales operations of turnkey projects, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Reporting to the After-Sales Services Department Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational coordination of technical service, maintenance, and spare parts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and effective handling of customer requests, service activities, and maintenance operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the activities of technical service, maintenance, and field teams.
- Manage spare parts sales processes and coordinate with the relevant teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for preventive maintenance, service, and other after-sales activities.
- Ensure effective coordination between field and office-based teams.
- Monitor the after-sales operations of turnkey projects and manage the necessary operational processes.
- Develop and manage processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage workload distribution, task follow-up, and operational planning within the department.
- Oversee departmental reporting, tracking, and other administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other company departments as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in after-sales services, technical service, maintenance, project management, or the HVAC&R/refrigeration industry.
- Experience in team management and operational coordination.
- Knowledge of spare parts, maintenance, and technical service quotation processes.
- Ability to effectively manage field team organization and task follow-up.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both customer and team relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
- Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
